DIRECTION

My directing practice
has become central to my evolving work in the theatre. I’ve been profoundly influenced by the directors who have undertaken my new plays, and the methodologies of biggies like Katie Mitchell and Declan Donnellan. I’m fascinated by how one develops a ‘contract of care’ between artists, then artists and their audience.
